- Participating member of the working group established by the Ministry of See, Traffic and Infrastructure related to new Electronic Communications Act and its harmonization with European Electronic Communications Code.
- Advising clients in all aspects of their investment covering both strategic and operational advice; from entering a local market and related licencing and authorisation process to enhancement of their commercial opportunities.
- Advising on and support in different types of spectrum auction processes.
- Advising on daily business needs of participants on the market concerning a wide variety of legal areas such as labour law aspects, commercial contracts with customers and suppliers, public procurement issues, customer protection and other regulatory compliance issues; advertising and marketing.
- Advising on infrastructure projects, including network sharing arrangements.
- Advising on different aspects of security and cybersecurity issues as well as data retention and data protection.
- Advising on ESG related risks and compliance with relevant requirements.
- Supporting global network platform on licensing obligations in Croatia and supporting it in reporting requirements before competent regulatory body in Croatia.
- Supporting clients in competition law aspects on the market, including competition law compliance programmes, merger control processes, representing them before the competition regulatory authority in case of sector inquiries, review of vertical and horizontal agreements.
- Advice on EU funding opportunities and process.
- Providing advice on international and national roaming agreements.
- Monitoring international regulatory trends and advocacy towards external stakeholders and advising on compliance with new regulatory requirements.
